Why don't you list exact prices?

Final pricing depends on your number of users, devices, and the complexity of your current environment. The ranges above are accurate starting points — we'll confirm an exact figure after a short discovery call, at no cost to you.

Is there a setup or onboarding fee?

Some onboarding work (documenting your environment, setting up monitoring and backups) may carry a once-off fee depending on the size of your environment. This is always confirmed upfront in your quotation — never added after the fact.

Can I change packages later?

Yes. As your business grows, you can move between packages with 30 days' notice. We'll always recommend the right tier for where your business actually is.

What's not included in the retainer?

Hardware procurement and repair, custom software development, and third-party costs (domains, licensing, hosting fees) are managed by us but billed at cost. Full exclusions are listed in our Service Catalog & SLA.
